EXPOB Team

In an era of economic recession, fierce competition, and resource imbalance in most markets, the inefficiencies of many organizational and project management methods have become more evident than ever. After years of working on various construction, development, and research projects and observing recurring issues, the founders of EXPOB decided to address these problems by developing more efficient methods for the organizational advancement of institutions and projects. EXPOB, officially known as "Elixir Samaneh Pooyesh-Bonyan," is an international company and innovative team that provides new processes and develops platforms for process management, quality control, and project management. The company aims to increase productivity in institutions, companies, and their projects by leveraging modern technology and knowledge, including artificial intelligence. The EXPOB team achieves its goals by drawing on high-level interdisciplinary academic degrees and diverse, rich field experiences.

Goals and Missions

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are a crucial component of the economies of many countries, constituting over 70%. Additionally, statistics indicate that more than 80% of executive projects, whether in construction, industrial, or service sectors, are small and medium-sized. However, according to various international organizations, particularly the World Bank, in the current global landscape marked by resource shortages and imbalances—both material and human—economic, political, and social changes inflict the greatest damage on growing SMEs and their projects. Limited access to financial resources compared to larger and government institutions makes these SMEs less risk-tolerant and flexible in the face of changing conditions, making them more vulnerable. The simpler organizational structure of these institutions also contributes to their vulnerability and hinders their desired growth rate. In every sector of the economy, large private and public companies are the primary determinants of market conditions, forcing SMEs to adapt to conditions they had no role in shaping and for which they lack necessary predictions. This leads to lower productivity levels in many SMEs, particularly in developing countries, where productivity rates often range between 30% and 50%. Despite these challenges and fierce market competition, many SMEs have inherent potential to cope with changing and critical conditions, offering opportunities for higher growth and productivity. The EXPOB team is confident that with appropriate support and awareness of available management methods, SMEs can mitigate the impacts of current critical conditions. The most important goal of the EXPOB team is to move away from traditional methods and provide innovative platforms and leading productivity enhancement methods for institutions, companies, and their projects. By doing so, these entities can leverage their inherent potential to achieve growth. As part of our modern professional approach, the EXPOB team has precisely identified its target groups and focuses its activities on three main audiences: • Small and medium-sized companies involved in the design, control, and implementation of construction projects • Large construction and development institutions and companies managing numerous small and medium-sized projects • Institutional and individual non-construction owners of small and medium-sized construction projects
